U.S. Sales Manager – Wear Solutions & Machine Protection (Remote)
A leading global manufacturer specializing in wear solutions, machine protection, and industrial equipment protection is seeking an experienced U.S. Sales Manager to join its growing team. This fully remote, 60% travel role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead a national sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key accounts across multiple heavy industries. Candidates based in the Midwest are preferred, but highly qualified candidates from other U.S. regions will be considered.

Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of industrial sales experience in wear solutions, machine protection, or industrial equipment protection
- 5+ years of successful sales team leadership and management
- In-depth knowledge of wear protection systems for heavy industries including mining, steel, cement, pulp & paper, and OEM manufacturing
- Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders such as maintenance managers, plant engineers, and purchasing professionals
- Willing and able to travel up to 60% nationally
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a U.S.-based sales team to achieve revenue goals
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting heavy industry sectors: mining, steel production, cement manufacturing, pulp & paper, OEM machinery, and construction equipment
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships with key decision-makers
- Customize wear protection and machine safeguarding solutions to meet unique client needs
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and generate qualified leads
