We are seeking an experienced hospitality executive to lead the operations for a well respected restaurant group located in stunning Prescott, Arizona. We are in the process of rebranding, the perfect candidate for this role has demonstrated experience with opening and/or rebranding at least two fine-dining restaurants in their career. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in fine-dining restaurant leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading fine-dining or steakhouse restaurant transformations or brand overhauls.
- P&L management over all controllable expenses
- Exceptional ability to develop your team
- Good with technology for inventory, ordering, scheduling, menu development, and general communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary ambassador for the restaurant, cultivating strong relationships within the community and hospitality industry
- Spearhead the transformation of the restaurant’s concept and image into an upscale steakhouse, aligning with fine dining standards
- Oversee comprehensive daily operations across both front and back of house, prioritizing a seamless guest experience and high-level service
- Partner with ownership to shape the restaurant’s culinary identity, aesthetic enhancements, and brand direction
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing hospitality team with a culture of excellence and accountability
- Monitor financial health through diligent budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis
