National Sales Manager -STEM – Remote, USA

National Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in entertainment or education sales, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets

• Proven leadership in sales management, including direct and partnership sales, onboarding, and team development

• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to independently manage sales operations and time effectively in a remote environment

• Daily responsibilities include managing nationwide field trip sales, developing sales strategies, mentoring team members, collaborating across departments, and attending industry events

National Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience scaling indirect sales functions and working closely with marketing and operations teams

• Strong alignment with the mission to inspire through hands-on learning and deliver exceptional client experience
