Lakeside Lodge Operations Director Responsibilities:
- Lead daily resort and property rental operations
- Hire, train, and manage seasonal and full-time staff
- Ensure top-tier guest service, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage payroll, budgets, inventory, and vendor relations
- Oversee bookings, housekeeping, zoning, and permits
- Drive branding, marketing, and growth initiatives
- Collaborate on F&B operations and menu planning
- Collaborate on growth, development, ideas, and strategies for current projects and new acquisitions.
Lakeside Lodge Operations Director Requirements:
- 5+ years in hotel/resort operations management
- Strong leadership and financial skills
- Proficiency with POS, scheduling, and accounting tools (e.g., Square, 7Shifts, QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of zoning and property management
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous marketing and social media experience is a huge plus
