We are currently seeking an accomplished, innovative, and dedicated Project Manager specializing in Construction and Land Development, holding a Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification to join our expanding team of exceptional processionals dedicated to serving our great clients. The ideal candidate will assume a critical role in overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to company standards, industry norms, and client requirements. Candidates must have a P.E. certification for this position.
Project Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Apply engineering principles for hydrologic/hydraulic stormwater modeling and manage planning, design, permitting, and construction of civil infrastructure (roadways, drainage, utilities).
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, government agencies, contractors, and subconsultants as the main point-of-contact for land development projects.
- Manage contract documents, cost estimates, agency correspondence, client relations, and oversee project development across diverse project types (commercial, residential, mixed-use, public facilities).
- Identify new business opportunities, support strategic growth, develop proposals with risk assessments, cost estimating, technical writing, and client engagement.
- Develop project work plans and budgets, deploy resources efficiently, and handle monthly project accounting and invoicing.
Project Manager Requirements:
- 6+ years of land development experience with both residential and commercial projects
- P.E. Certification is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of design and software such as Civil 3D, Hydraflow, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
- Proficiency in roadway design, hydrology, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals
- Development of site layouts, planning, platting and site grading with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge and experience with Bluebeam is strongly preferred
