General Manager – Select Service Hotel (New England-Based Company)
Are you a driven hospitality leader ready to take full ownership of hotel operations? We’re seeking a General Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional results at one of our select service hotels.
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the hotel. Your role will focus on leading your team, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals who are eager to grow
- Motivate, coach, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Champion our guest experience—ensuring every stay exceeds expectations
- Be both operationally hands-on and strategically minded
- Analyze financial reports and drive performance through smart decision-making
- Oversee learning, development, and performance management for team members
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations
- Maximize occupancy, REVPAR, and overall profitability
- Manage day-to-day Front Office operations and foster cross-department collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager (or Assistant GM with strong upward trajectory)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, financials, and guest service excellence
- Ability to lead with integrity, accountability, and a positive mindset
- Innovative thinker who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
