We are seeking a Technical Service Account Manager for our client who is a leader in the automotive paint supplier market. The role will be dedicated to a key customer and will be onsite at the customer's location. The role will be the main point of contact for oversight of production line performance, inventory management, quality trend tracking and technical troubleshooting.

Technical Service Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of technical manufacturing experience;
- Experience with industrial paints preferred
- Experience with inventory plant management, quality assurance and troubleshooting
- Open to some travel for training and company meetings
- Proficient with Excel
- Detailed oriented, okay with lots of documentation
- Excellent customer service relationship skills
- Must be able to pass a Pulmonary Fit test as role requires a lot of walking thorugh the plant and lifting 50 pounds
Technical Service Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordination and oversight of operations and projects with customer and headquarter's teams
- Inventory management and forecasting of materials
- Performance tracking
- Quality control tests on raw materials
- Lead continuous improvement efforts
