This full-time, territory-focused role is based in New Hampshire, combining inbound lead management, territory development, and B2B/B2C engagement.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with end users and business partners within your assigned territory
- Respond to inbound leads via phone and email, guiding customers through the discovery and design process
- Drive sales through direct consumer outreach and collaboration with builders, designers, and landscapers
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to increase awareness and generate leads
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
Inside Sales Representative Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative or relationship-based role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse customer groups
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to territory development
- Experience with both B2B and B2C sales strategies and partner engagement
- Comfortable attending events, networking with the public, and representing a premium brand
