Roofing Sales Manager Benefits:

Roofing Sales Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- You must have experience with residential and commercial roofing sales
- You should have proven and quantifiable sales/contract success – looking for at least 1 new contract per week at bare minimum
- You should have local network and connections
- You must be self-motivated and results-driven
- You must have a positive mental attitude – not looking for negative mindsets!
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiating skills
- You will identify potential clients through cold calling and network referrals
- You will schedule roof inspections and operate a drone to qualify customers
- You will be a liaison with internal teams to provide excellent customer service to clients
- You should stay up to date on industry trends
- You must represent the company with professionalism, proper follow up and attention to detail
