A Luxury Resort in the Caribbean is seeking a polished Restaurant Ops Manager to lead operations. If you've been dreaming about living and working in a tropical paradise, this is the job for you!
Restaurant Ops Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Grand Cayman in the Caribbean full-time.
- 3 to 5 years of Restaurant Management experience in Luxury Resorts
- Ability to pass a standard written and oral English Language exam
- Must be willing to relocate to a remote Caribbean Island
- Ability to perform standard back-office duties such as Liquor Ordering, Tracking Labor & Liquor Cost, Keeping Records and Permits, etc
- Experience with cost and usage control
- Scheduling
- Ability to work in any F&B outlet
- Hands-on leadership style
- Ability to perform all physical demands of the job
- Strong people and communication skills
