This is a full-time, territory-focused position based in New Hampshire, blending inbound lead management, territory growth, and B2B/B2C engagement.
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with end users and business partners across your assigned territory
- Respond to inbound leads via phone and email, guiding customers through the discovery and design process
- Drive sales through both direct consumer outreach and collaboration with builders, designers, and landscapers
- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and community engagements to increase awareness and generate leads
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a consultative or relationship-based role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across various customer types
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to territory development
- Experience with both B2B and B2C sales processes and partner development
- Comfort attending events, engaging with the public, and representing a premium brand
