A prestigious hospitality group is seeking a polished and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at a high-volume, upscale Italian restaurant in Tampa. General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of recent experience as a General Manager or senior leader in upscale or fine-dining environments
• Proven success managing both FOH and BOH teams in restaurants generating $5M–$6M in annual sales
• Expertise in P&L, budgeting, labor management, and inventory control
• Experience with Italian or Mediterranean cuisine preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant systems such as Compeat and Toast POS is highly desired
• Polished, hands-on leadership style with exceptional communication skills
• Experience managing special events, off-site catering, or outdoor dining operations is a plus
