A full-service surveying firm with over 40 years of experience, specializing in topographical surveying and mapping, boundary/right-of-way surveys, construction surveying, and more, is seeking a Survey Party Chief. Survey Party Chief Responsibilities:
- Perform boundary, topographic surveys, transportation-related surveys, and construction stakeout for engineering design projects
- Work closely with project managers
- Ensure timely completion of work
- Create mapping deliverables, including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys
- Oversee the completion of survey projects for boundary, topographical, ALTA surveys, subdivisions, partitions, and property descriptions
Survey Party Chief Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Party Chief
- Proficiency in operating total station equipment
- Knowledge of building surveying principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Survey Party Chief Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $72,800 – $93,600, based on experience
- Health Insurance
- Retirement Plan with 2% match
