General Manager – Edison, NJ

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, activity-based environment
• Proven ability to manage full P&L for a location with at least $3 million in annual unit volume (AUV)
• Strong leadership in recruiting, training, and mentoring large teams with a hands-on management style
• Track and analyze financial KPIs, implement process improvements, and drive profitability from day one
• Lead local marketing efforts, community partnerships, and group sales strategies to grow brand presence
• Flexible availability Holidays & Weekends
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience with 4-wall marketing initiatives and community outreach in entertainment or hospitality
• Familiarity with POS systems, staff scheduling tools, and guest satisfaction tracking platforms
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
