Facilities and Maintenance Director's Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
· Lead all aspects of facilities management across multiple restaurant locations!
· Oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality!
· Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective, timely work!
· Collaborate with operations and development teams on new restaurant openings, remodels, and capital projects!
· Monitor and respond to emergency repair needs with urgency and efficiency!
· Establish and track budgets for repairs, maintenance, and capital expenditures!
· Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements!
· Develop systems and SOPs to improve maintenance response time and reduce downtime!
· Partner with executive leadership to align facility strategies with company growth goals!
Facilities and Maintenance Director Qualifications Include:
· Minimum of 5 years of facilities or operations management experience, preferably in multi-unit hospitality or restaurant environments!
· Proven ability to manage a team of maintenance techs, vendors, projects, and budgets across multiple locations!
· Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment!
· Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills!
· Skilled at working with cross-functional teams and communicating clearly with executive leadership and field operators!
· Ability to travel regionally as needed!
· Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving!
