General Manager – Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $55,000-$60,000
- Performance-based bonus structure
- 50–55 hour work week with true work-life balance

General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Prior experience as a General Manager in a fast food or quick-service restaurant environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Strong operational and financial management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role
- Commitment to accountability, consistency, and high performance
General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Track record of improving store performance and hitting key business metrics
- Passion for team development and creating a positive, high-energy work culture
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions and managing P&L responsibilities
- Ability to work independently while meeting company goals and standards
- Desire to grow with a fast-moving organization and take on increasing responsibility
