Team Operations Director Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, hiring & onboarding care team members
- Creating and managing team schedules
- Providing training and supporting new hires
- Overseeing infection control and central supply programs
- Leading performance evaluations and team development
Team Operations Director Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse – Compact License or State of Utah
- 2+ years in team management, preferably in senior care
- Scheduling and staff supervision experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required; degree in business or related field preferred
