Their Cyber Insurance MGA delivers streamlined, affordable coverage through fixed premiums and simplified underwriting—making cyber protection more accessible to SMBs. By eliminating complex processes, the company enables partners to seamlessly embed cyber insurance into their offerings and drive adoption at scale.
About the Role
The company is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive the expansion of its Cyber Insurance MGA through new and existing channel partnerships. This individual will identify and cultivate relationships with embedded partners, associations, trade groups, and wholesalers to broaden market reach.
Ideal candidates will bring a blend of B2B sales experience, partnership development expertise, and a strong understanding of cyber insurance or related financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with associations and trade groups serving the SMB market
- Develop and manage relationships with wholesalers focused on cyber insurance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor offerings to partner needs
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage long-term partner relationships
- Track and report on key performance metrics; adjust strategies to optimize outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years in B2B sales or partnership development (insurance or fintech experience preferred)
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships with associations and wholesalers
- Strong understanding of cyber insurance products and SMB market needs
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven and able to thrive in a remote-first environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience with embedded insurance models
- Existing network within associations or trade groups relevant to SMBs
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
