An established and reputable women’s fashion brand is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Executive to join our NYC-based team. This role focuses on driving sales growth and profitability through strategic sales and merchandising initiatives. We’re looking for someone with strong industry relationships and a pulse on fashion trends and consumer behavior.
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners (Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, TJ Maxx, Macy’s, Belk, Dillard’s, etc.).
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize assortments.
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to curate product assortments aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Stay current on fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.
Sales Executive Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in fashion/apparel.
- Strong, established relationships with major retail stakeholders.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and profitability.
- Deep understanding of retail merchandising and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
