We're hiring an Executive Meeting Manager to lead planning and coordination for small group meetings and local catering events—this is a perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in client-facing roles.
Executive Meeting Manager Benefits and Compensation:
- Base salary of $60k – $65k

Executive Meeting Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel Sales, Catering, or Event Planning
- Proven success managing small meetings (up to 100 guests) and room blocks (up to 35 rooms/peak)
- Comfortable managing all aspects of the sales and planning cycle—from inquiry to execution
- Experience generating banquet event orders (BEOs), event resumes, and group contracts
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when conducting site tours and presentations
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including AM and PM shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasionally overnight
- Own vehicle required for local sales calls
Executive Meeting Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Familiarity with hotel booking and sales software (e.g., Delphi, Opera, TripleSeat)
- Creative thinker with a passion for event execution and guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage outside vendors to ensure seamless event delivery
- Previous roles such as Catering Sales Manager, Event Coordinator, or Conference Services Manager
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms
- Active participation in local hospitality or business networking groups a plus
