A beautiful resort in Door County, WI is looking for an exceptional, people-oriented Event Manager!
Event Manager Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years event management experience in upscale restaurants/resorts
- Experience with planning/detailing and executing events
- Strong organizational skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to take ownership of the event
Event Manager Responsibilities:
- Coach and lead the event service team
- Coordinate tours, plan/detail events, execute BEO's
- Hire and train service staff to high standards of excellence
- Contribute to a positive work culture and build relationships with clients
- Scheduling and personnel management
