A rapidly growing food distribution company serving schools and institutions is seeking a Project Coordinator to support cross-functional initiatives, streamline systems, and ensure timely execution of key projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing new systems (e.g., CRM), including data entry, testing, and user support.
- Organize and manage project documentation, action items, and meetings.
- Analyze existing data and workflows to support process improvement.
- Learn and apply continuous improvement principles across teams.
What You Bring:
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Excellent communication and adaptability in high-change environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations, project management, engineering, or related field.
