We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager for our client who is a leader in the automotive supplier market. This role will ensure chemical and product compliance over various facilities and lead the implementation of policies to ensure compliance and improve efficiencies.

EHS/Regulatory Affairs Manager Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, product stewardship or EHS within chemical manufacturing
- Working knowledge of regulations and standards
- Experience with SDS authoring systems
- Lean manufacturing experience or proven success with Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 20%
EHS/Regulatory Affairs Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all regulatory systems for authoring SDS and regulatory content
- Ensure proper materials classifications and hazardous labeling and packaging for transportation
- Implement training requirements for staff and conduct new hire orientation from regulatory perspective
- Manage compliance with EPA, TSCA, Canada and other chemical control laws
- Manage Emergency Response services
