Hello!
We’re looking for someone with drive and serious kitchen “chops” to be our next long-term Multi-unit Sous Chef…
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
· This multi-unit role requires travel between two locations approximately 30 minutes apart, with a primary focus on building a strong, positive team culture and ensuring efficient, accurate service

Sous Chef Requirements:
· 2+ years in Kitchen leadership or as a Sous Chef, solid financial grasp.
· Steady experience within a very high volume, upscale scratch restaurant. Not a creative position.
