Marketing Manager – Tech-Enabled Real Estate Lending
Location: In-office, Full-time | Compensation: $80K–$140K base + bonus

We’re a next-generation real estate lender backed by powerful technology and a passionate team. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategist, operator, and community builder — someone who knows how to generate real-world leads, drive brand trust, and execute campaigns that get results.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-funnel marketing campaigns — from concept to reporting
- Drive performance across SEO, Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn content, and direct mail
- Partner closely with the sales team and host high-impact, in-person events
- Build a recognizable brand presence within the real estate investor community
- Create clean, visual weekly reports that tell the story behind your metrics
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience (start-up or fast-moving environment preferred)
- Experience with SEO, paid media, GA4, email or direct mail, and content strategy
- Creative, analytical, and resourceful mindset — with strong follow-through
- Bonus: Experience running local events or engaging real estate/investor audiences
