General Manager, Fine Dining Preferred Background & Skills-
- Comfortable with BOH procedures to facilitate overall success of venue
- Experience creating Stand Operating Procedures helpful
- Solid tenure with previous opportunities – no unexplained gaps or short times at jobs
The General Manager, Fine Dining opportunity salary is $100-110K/year.
