We are seeking a General Manager for our upscale restaurant. The ideal candidate is currently an Assistant General Manager who is service-oriented and ready for a growth opportunity.
General Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary $75 – $85k

General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Preference given to candidates with experience in team building and implementing front-of-house (FOH) and HR systems
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a high-volume fine-dining restaurant, with experience in hosting private events or similar relevant experience
- A hands-on leader who is service-oriented and can motivate and train the team
- Manage and lead the FOH leadership team, including the Assistant General Manager
- Set the standard for exceptional hospitality and inspire the team to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences
