Director of Sales – Hawaii

Director of Sales, Benefit,s and Compensation:

• Base salary range: $145,000 – $160,000

• Uncapped sales incentive plan

Director of Sales Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years in a sales leadership role within hospitality, real estate, or related industries

• Experience managing sales administration functions, including escrow, contracts, and inventory accuracy

• Proven ability to coach and lead a cross-functional sales team, including performance reviews and career development

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to oversee complex documentation and reporting systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ACT!, and CRM or contract software

• Must be able to critically evaluate sales pipeline performance and ensure compliance with financial and legal procedures

Director of Sales Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with fractional ownership or timeshare operations is highly desirable

• Comfortable collaborating with legal and finance teams on inventory management, project registration, and pricing updates

• Track record of developing SOPs and improving sales process efficiency

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of integrity, innovation, and service
