This is not a typical finance seat. It’s a critical leadership role in a globally distributed, values-driven organization where your insights will shape real-world outcomes. You’ll help lead financial operations across borders, ensuring every process—from month-end close to audit prep—is as mission-aligned as it is accurate. - Enable financial clarity for strategic decision-making
- Lead and mentor the Accounting team
- Ensure trust and transparency in every number we report
- Build and evolve systems that support innovation at scale
- Help guide our journey from fast-growing to future-ready
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Drive fast, accurate month-end close cycles and reconciliations
- Oversee global invoicing, AP/AR, and expense recognition workflows
- Monitor and forecast cash flow across multiple currencies and entities
- Deliver monthly financial insights that inform key leadership decisions
- Strengthen controls while supporting operational agility
- Collaborate with global IT and Ops teams to protect financial data
- Coach and grow an inclusive accounting team spanning time zones
- Support external audits, regulatory filings, and strategic planning
- Help roll out and refine financial systems that scale with purpose
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in accounting leadership roles (high-growth or international experience a major plus)
- Expert in Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks Online
- A collaborative mindset and a global lens—you know how to lead across cultures

- Ability to balance precision and pace in a mission-driven setting
