Our client is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Coordinator to work remotely in the EST. If you thrive on details, accuracy, and a fast-paced environment, and have either a construction or industrial accounting background, we would like to hear from you!
Accounts Receivable Coordinator Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary between $48k-$52k

Accounts Receivable Coordinator Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least three years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable
- Must have an industrial or construction accounting background
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or NetSuite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Accounts Receivable Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and statements efficiently
- Post payments and maintain accurate records
- Balance the A/R ledger regularly to ensure payments have been posted accurately and in a timely manner
- Handle customer discrepancies related to billing
- Support accounting closing processes
