Area Leader – Cafés & Coffee Shops
We’re seeking a proven multi-unit leader to oversee up to 10 café or coffee shop locations. This role focuses on driving performance, growing teams, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, financial goals, and key performance metrics
- Develop and coach General Managers and store teams
- Enhance sales, service speed, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Ensure brand consistency, safety compliance, and facility standards
- Collaborate on new product launches and business initiatives
- Manage budgets and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years leading multiple units in hospitality
- Experience managing 4–7+ locations
- Strong financial and leadership skills
- Background in both fast casual and full-service preferred
- Passion for team development and guest experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000–$120,000 + bonus
