An exciting new restaurant group is launching its flagship high-volume, upscale restaurant in Virginia Beach, where elevated cuisine, impeccable service, and high-energy hospitality converge. As we gear up for our grand opening, we’re looking for dynamic Restaurant Managers and an Assistant General Manager to join our opening team and set the standard for excellence.
About the Roles:
As part of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving daily operations, developing staff, and creating an unforgettable guest experience. We’re seeking passionate, experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and lead with confidence, integrity, and enthusiasm.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support front-of-house operations to deliver seamless, memorable service
- Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team focused on hospitality and execution
- Assist in scheduling, inventory, financials, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work culture
- Work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of management experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining environment
- Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Strong understanding of service standards, floor operations, and guest recovery
- Experience with new restaurant openings a major plus
- Professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to hospitality
