We’re hiring a Sous Chef for one of the most beloved and enduring restaurants in the area—a true institution with over 30 years of history, loyal guests, and a tight-knit team that feels more like family.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s as comfortable creating and executing inspired menus as they are working shoulder-to-shoulder with the line, guiding and coaching staff through each service. You’ll partner closely with the Executive Chef and FOH to ensure consistency, creativity, and operational excellence.
