Fine dining French-Asian fusion and sushi concept is seeking a Sous Chef.
SUSHI KITCHEN MANAGER BENEFITS:

SUSHI KITCHEN MANAGER REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of Sushi experience
- 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience
- Upscale concept experience
- Ability to multitask and have meticulous attention-to-detail
- Solution-oriented and excellent collaborator
- Intelligent, level-headed, and common sense
- Professional at all times, with excellent communication skills
- Able to work shifts with the team, with standards of excellence
SUSHI KITCHEN MANAGER PREFERRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
- Fine-dining experience is appreciated
- Experience with Omakase
- Collaboration on menu creation ideas
- Experience with cost control and P&L
- Willingness to grow and continually learn
