We are seeking an experienced Area Leader to oversee a portfolio of up to 10 cafes and/or coffee shops. This leadership role drives operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and exceptional guest experiences across all locations.
Area Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations, financial oversight, and performance metrics
- Drive key success factors: speed, quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and human connection
- Coach and develop General Managers and teams, fostering career growth
- Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, labor, and operational standards
- Oversee facility standards and readiness across all units
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product rollouts and brand consistency
- Manage budget reviews and propose opportunities for financial growth
Area Leader Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years multi-unit leadership experience (restaurants, cafes, or coffee)
- Proven success overseeing 4-7+ locations
- Blend of fast casual and full-service experience preferred
- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
- Passion for team development and creating a positive, inclusive workplace
- Results-driven leadership style with a focus on hospitality excellence
Area Leader Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000.00 – 120,000.00 per year
