Sales Data Program Director Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years experience in Salesforce CRM, including platform configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Point of Rental (POR) or similar solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and visualization tools.
- Proven project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communicator, skilled at translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proactive problem-solver focused on streamlining workflows and enhancing system efficiency.
Sales Data Program Director Background & Skills:
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce and Point of Rental (POR) to support sales operations and CRM.
- Lead the implementation of new features, modules, and integrations, ensuring they align with business needs and user requirements.
- Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to enhance user adoption and platform effectiveness.
- Maintain data integrity through governance standards, audits, and best practices.
- Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to deliver actionable sales insights.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and system guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform alignment with organizational goals and effective system integration.
