Food & Beverage Admin Coordinator (Partial Remote)
We're a full-service event venue seeking a Food & Beverage Administrative Coordinator to support our General Manager and Catering/Conference teams. This role blends executive support with event coordination. Managing schedules, handling booking inquiries, and keeping operations running smoothly.
F&B Administrative Coordinator Benefits
- Base salary between $65-$70k

F&B Administrative Coordinator Qualifications
- Experience working in an F&B or hospitality environment
- Prior F&B sales support or event booking experience a PLUS!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office, Excel, Canva, and Mail Chimp
- Experience creating marketing emails
F&B Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities
- Act as a day to day assistant for the General Manager
- Support conference department with booking related tasks
- Facilitate the engagement of client/guest prospects
- Stay energized in your work space by meeting in collaborative team settings
