District Manager of Restaurants!!

Who You Are:
You're a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a track record of success in multi-unit restaurant operations. You're not afraid to dive into the day-to-day operations, coach your team, and drive results. You're quality-driven, proactive, and organized—with an eye for talent and a drive to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support multiple restaurant locations to achieve operational excellence
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Implement systems and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Drive sales and profitability through entrepreneurial thinking and guest-focused service
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, and overall financial performance
- Foster a fun, energetic, and high-morale work environment
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of successful multi-unit management experience (restaurant or fast-casual preferred)
- Proven people developer with strong leadership and communication skills
- High energy, outgoing personality, and a team-first mindset
- Strong P&L knowledge and operational understanding
- Coach mentality with the ability to inspire and empower teams
