We are seeking a strategic and creative Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence nationally. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Marketing will drive all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and market expansion. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, increasing market share, and shaping the company’s global brand identity.

Restaurant Director of Marketing Responsibilities: 

 

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our brands’ business goals. 

·       Lead brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels, including digital, print, and in-store experiences. 

·       Drive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and advertising. 

·       Drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative campaigns and programs. 

·       Collaborate with product development and culinary teams to launch new products and promote existing offerings. 

·       Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 

·       Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI. 

·       Measure and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.

 

Restaurant Director of Marketing Qualifications: 

 

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 

·       7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry. 

·       Experience in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). 

·       Strong understanding of global food trends and consumer behavior in diverse markets. 

·       Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and innovative mindset. 

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 

·       Passion for food, culture, and culinary innovation is a plus.
