We’re looking for someone high-energy and focused on creating amazing guest experiences to be our Chef de Cuisine. This individual will ensure every plate is to specification before it leaves the pass, maintain cleanliness to code, control costs, and create a team dedicated to guest experience.

Chef Position Requirements:
· Min 2-3 years scratch experience in a very high-volume upscale or polished dining setting
· Culinary Degree
· Stable history, solid references from supervisors ready to go
· Great with financial management, leadership of kitchen processes, consistency, and plating.
· Valid Servsafe or ability to achieve quickly
