Area Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee agency partners from onboarding through growth
- Identify and close new independent agency partnerships
- Coach partners, track performance, and optimize onboarding processes
- Build and refine HubSpot systems for improved efficiency
- Attend trade shows and agency visits regularly
- Collaborate directly with leadership on strategy and market expansion
Area Sales Manager Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or territory management experience
- Strong work ethic with proven stories of hustle and ownership
- Track record of success without big-brand backing or structured support
- Coachable, positive, and ego-free
- Fully committed to in-office work (5 days/week in Midtown ATL)
- Experience with HubSpot preferred
- Early-career professionals with strong initiative and drive
