We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects across the multi-family, senior living, and K-12 education sectors. Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee quality control and safety compliance across all project phases
- Foster team success through strong communication and collaboration
- Utilize industry-standard project management software such as Microsoft Project and Viewpoint
- Coordinate self-performed trades including concrete, carpentry, and structural work
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of project management experience in $35M+ construction projects
- Proven expertise in multi-family, senior living, or K-12 construction sectors
- Hands-on understanding of self-performed construction (not development-only experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills required
