Regional Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership team to steamline kitchen operations
- Oversee all kitchen operations, work closely with kitchen managers at each location
- Create, implement, and execute systems, and protocols into place
- Work with each location on their costs, labor and food
- Ensure food consistency, through recipes and check-ins
Regional Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Must have at least 3+ yrs in multi-unit management
- MUST have asian cuisine experience
- Good tenure, no job hoppers
- Strong leadership style
