A Wisconsin-based Fine Wine, Fine Spirits, and Beer Retailer with multiple locations, seeks a Store Manager to oversee its Boutique Wine & Spirits store in the Madison, WI area. The ideal candidate will have experience in boutique fine wines and spirits, as well as craft beers. Boutique Liquor Store Manager Benefits

Boutique Liquor Store Manager Responsibilities
- Develop a service culture and exceptional experience for customers that ensures customer satisfaction and exceeds expectations
- Create a strategic business vision and goals for the market to be recognized as a leader in the industry
- Be a Team builder who hires, trains, and mentors all employees to be their best
- Utilize financial acumen to increase sales, decrease costs, and increase profit
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality products
- Consistently execute high-quality standards and maintain in service, goods and products, personnel, and physical property
- Ensure that all departments are staffed to ensure that customer needs are addressed
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain standard operating procedures
- Serve as Market Ambassador by being visible in the community, and involved in local programs and events to expose new customers to what the Market has to offer
Boutique Liquor Store Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in Beverage sales required
- Exceptional communication, organization, motivational, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and business management skills
- High collaboration with staff and internal teams on forecasting initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and common retail POS systems
- Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting is preferred
- Flexibility to work days, early evenings, and weekends
