Director of Hotel Sales – Southwest Florida

We’re seeking an experienced Director of Hotel Sales to lead our sales strategy in beautiful Southwest Florida. This high-impact role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional organizational, sales, and communication skills to drive revenue, foster key relationships, and support cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Collaborate with Marketing, Hotel Operations, and F&B teams
- Communicate corporate initiatives and sales goals
- Stay ahead of sales trends and technology
- Represent the brand with professionalism and polish
What You Bring
- 8+ years in hotel operations, including 3+ years in a director-level role
- Proven success with large venue sales (40,000+ sq. ft. of meeting space)
- On-site sales leadership at a single large location
- Strong knowledge of the Florida hospitality market
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and presentation skills
