Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Ability to execute operations and build the business.
- Training and development of staff.
- Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality.
- Maintain food safety & sanitation standards.
- Developing & Implementing systems and procedures.
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- Positive career tenure
- 1+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in full-service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid business acumen and ability to manage costs.
