Qualifications:
- 2-7 years of experience of plaintiff side employment law.
- Applicants should have strong employment litigation experience, with a wage and hour class action emphasis, and be comfortable litigating in both State and federal courts
- Must be experienced and skillful in client advocacy, handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, drafting complaints, mediation briefs, and class action settlement agreements
- Able to work independently and provide reliable, high-level support to partner, effectively manage, mediate, and settle cases, engage clients, and offer meaningful ongoing mentorship to associates
