We are looking for a passionate sales executive to launch and grow new regions, build relationships from the ground up, and help define processes that don’t yet exist for our small but growing insurtech company. - Base salary of $100k-$120k plus uncapped commissions

Qualifications for the Regional Sales Executive:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outside sales role
- Must be a real hunter
- Experience with Hubspot is a major plus
- Ability to work in the office every day
- Strong work ethic with real stories of hustle and ownership
- An outgoing personality that is ego-free
Responsibilities for the Regional Sales Executive:
- Identify and close new business
- Build out HubSpot system and improve internal process
- Attend trade shows and visit independent insurance agencies frequently
- Track sales performance
- Optimize the onboarding and training of partners
- Work in the office daily – this is not a remote position
