Fast Food Manager | Utica, NY
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000

Manager Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
- Lead by example on the floor, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Drive sales and profitability through proactive cost control and staff performance
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent product quality and timely execution
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of all employees
- Set clear expectations, coach team members, and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the needs of the business
Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a manager in a fast food or quick-service environment (no job hoppers)
- Proven track record in high-volume operations (2M+ in annual sales preferred)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent guest satisfaction
- Ability to hire, train, and retain high-performing team members
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
