Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the management team
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including pricing, and execute successful happy hours
- Manage BOH scheduling, training, and operational efficiency
- Ensure smooth menu rollouts and maintain high food quality standards
- Drive community engagement to attract and retain customers
- Maintain financial oversight, including cost control and operational budgeting
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve top performance
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience managing both BOH and FOH operations
- Strong marketing acumen, with a focus on specials, promotions, and LSM strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- At least 3 years as a Senior Restaurant Manager or GM in a full-service setting
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies to drive sales and improve profitability
- Financially responsible with a commitment to operational excellence
- People-focused with a strong emphasis on team development
